Highlighting Exceptional Republican Activists in Michigan's 11th District

By: 11th CDRC Chairman Candidate Shane Trejo

Before the 11th District Congressional Committee elections are scheduled to commence on Thursday, I wanted to highlight four spectacular Republicans who are up for leadership positions.

Paul Taros

Birmingham accountant and liberty activist Paul Taros has been a grassroots leader in the 11th District for years. He has exposed corrupt politicians with his television show, getting censored on the public airwaves for speaking the uncensored truth. He has rooted those corrupt politicians out on a local level, helping to usher in desperately-needed new leadership in Bloomfield Township. He has remained a steadfast supporter of the U.S. Constitution, opposing big government in all of its forms. He is a model Republican, and I can say with certainty that if every conservative had Mr. Taros’ backbone, our nation would not be in its current grave situation.

Dave Staudt

Novi Mayor Pro-Tem Dave Staudt has emerged as a voice for stability and unity within the various factions of the Michigan Republican Party. The infighting within the MIGOP has helped the Democrats, and no longer serves any practical purpose. Over the past decade, the Republican Party has changed into the America First GOP. Staudt has been crucial in mending fences between different factions within the GOP in Oakland County. Following in his example and throwing cold water on the many fires within the grassroots is what is needed to effectively oppose a Democrat Party that is proceeding against the Bill of Rights unlike any political force in American history.

Estelle Oliansky

Republican club organizer and tea party activist Estelle Oliansky has been a fair-minded voice in the GOP for many years now. While many were deeply involved in factualism, Oliansky remained a diplomatic voice that attempted to get to the truth of the matter regardless of any social pressures. She is another example of an individual who will tirelessly battle at the local levels, engaging in the tedious and thankless work needed to clean up political corruption. Oliansky is a model activist and someone whose demeanor should be emulated by other activists in the district.

Rosanne Ponkowski

Oakland County Republican Party vice chair Rosanne Ponkowski is an inspiration to the grassroots that they can rise from the activist ranks to become a bona fide leader within the party. As a founding member of the Lakes Area Tea Party, Ponkowski grew her local organization in Oakland County until going statewide with the Michigan Conservative Coalition. Organizing events with activists across the state, Ponkowski became an influential figure in turning Michigan red unexpectedly and getting President Trump into office in 2016. She would co-found the Michigan Trump Republicans before becoming vice chair of the Oakland County Republican Party. Her patriotic work has helped change the course of American history for the better and kept the flame of liberty lit during trying times.

Please consider supporting these individuals in their candidacies for state committee.
